Mrs.He joined our MRO division in Xingyi as an apprentice three years ago. Today, she is a senior technician specializing in precision cabinet and workstation fabrication for European and North American clients.

Her growth reflects the company’s focus on employee development and mentorship. Every apprentice receives structured training in CNC programming, welding, and finishing techniques, along with lessons in quality control and workflow optimization. Mrs.He also participates in sustainability projects, learning to reduce waste and implement environmentally friendly practices.

“The most rewarding part is seeing a project come to life—from raw sheet metal to a finished, high-quality industrial workstation,” Mrs.He explains. “I’ve grown not just technically but also professionally, gaining insights into production management and design thinking.”

Beyond personal development, Mrs.He emphasizes the collaborative culture: designers, engineers, and production staff regularly share knowledge and refine processes together. Sustainability is embedded in every stage, from material selection to energy-efficient machining.

Recently, the team worked on a project for a European client requiring custom storage solutions with precise load-bearing specifications. Mrs.He coordinated with engineers and production staff, ensuring the final product met client expectations and sustainability standards. She reflects, “Projects like this teach problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork—skills that last a lifetime.”
