All decorative surfaces are protected with heavy-duty PE laser film. The cabin walls, ceilings, and profiles are vertically stacked in custom-built, fumigated wooden crates and secured with shock-absorbing foam to prevent any warping, denting, or moisture damage during international transit.
We cover all major Friction Materials Standards Institute (FMSI) profiles for heavy-duty steer, drive, and trailer axles. Our most popular high-volume SKUs include 4707, 4515, 4709, and 4720 configurations.
Before initiating mass production, we fabricate a First Article. Our QC team uses digital calipers, angle gauges, and laser measuring tools to verify every hole placement and bend radius against your exact blueprint, ensuring 100% compliance before full-scale laser cutting begins.
