At our Xingyi, experience matters—and no one embodies that more than Mr. Li, who has been with our factory for over 20 years. Starting as a junior technician, he has witnessed the evolution of heavy truck brake shoes, industrial metal furniture, and elevator door panels firsthand.

Mr. Li recalls the early days when most of the work was manual, relying on skilled hands for cutting, bending, and welding metal. Over the years, he has adapted to CNC machining, laser cutting, and automated production lines, mentoring younger employees along the way.

“Our team is our strength,” says Mr. Li. “We invest in training and career development. Everyone, from apprentices to engineers, gets hands-on experience with every production stage. It’s not just about building parts; it’s about building people.”
